Development Associate
Presbyterian Night Shelter is known for serving the homeless in greatest need: those who have no other places to go. Those who present the greatest challenge to our community are welcome here. As the largest homeless shelter in Tarrant County, we serve approximately 1,000 men, women and children each night.

Job Summary
The Development Associate plays a critical role in managing and optimizing donor data, maintaining gift records, and supporting the overall success of the Development Department. This role oversees the daily operations of Raiser’s Edge NXT CRM, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of donor data, and provides comprehensive reporting and database support to facilitate fundraising efforts. The Development Associate also collaborates with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Two plus years of experience with donor data systems, preferably Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge, in a nonprofit fundraising setting.
- Knowledge of database management, data import/export, and financial reporting.
- Outstanding organizational skills, flexible and willing to teach and support others.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and adept at creating and analyzing queries, reports, and dashboards.

Rate of Pay
$21.63 per hour to $24.04 per hour (based on experience)
